We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how information shared through this platform is used.

Please avoid uploading confidential grant applications, personally identifiable information (PII), protected student or patient information, proprietary financial data, or other sensitive documents unless you are authorized by your organization to do so. Always review AI-generated content before using it in official plans, proposals, or funding applications.

AI Model Training

  • Information entered into Rodel AI is not used by Rodel to train or improve public artificial intelligence models.
  • If the platform relies on a third-party AI provider, your data will be handled according to that provider’s enterprise privacy and security terms. Rodel seeks to use AI services that do not use customer conversations to train public foundation models.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into Rodel AI complies with their organization’s policies, contractual obligations, and applicable state and local laws.

Users should review all AI-generated content before using it for grant submissions, public communications, financial planning, or official organizational decisions

Accuracy of AI Responses

Rodel AI is intended to support planning, research, and decision-making. While every effort is made to provide accurate and useful information, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or incomplete information.

Users should independently verify:

  • Funding eligibility
  • Grant deadlines

  • Financial analyses

The AI should be viewed as a planning assistant—not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or grant management advice.
